Stem – Oak stem and apron scarph jointed into wood keel

Oak wood keel and deadwoods fitted into substantial steel channel to undersides.

Substantial oak stern frame, transom post and knee

Oak bilge rails steel fastened through the hull to internal stringers.

Iron fastened sawn oak floors fitted across the keel

Steamed oak timbers fastened with copper nails and roves on carvel laid pitch pine.

Seams caulked with cotton and putty

Three rudders, original iron centreline rudder and two bronze wing rudders

22” teak spoked wheel, sprocket and chain and stainless steel cables

2 x 14” left hand three blade bronze propellors fitted to stainless steel shafts

Varnished mahogany transom

Full structural survey carried out September 2019
